Was trying to build a Duchy of Crest file with the Knights & Captains, but when I tried to include EX: Black Dragonrider / Millia it wouldn't let me add more than one at a time without refreshing card list by hitting search.
Eventually got the three in there, but only just stumbled upon above solution.

Not just Millia. All the Ex10 cards had a one card limit.
