about Achievements(still can't pass)

I call my friend come to play this game .
in "Welcome to Alteil 5" he has buy two Item equipped,but he not pass "Welcome to Alteil 5",nor get Salamander.

I'll check the back end, but here's an idea.

Make sure he's got the Game tab loaded, then unequip your avatar items and re-equip them. Wait 1 minute, then it should Take effect normally, and give him the card.

The Achievements run off the Game Tab, but since it's possible to get an avatar item without the game tab loaded (or after it's booted you out for some reason) then it might not run right.

I have been tell him unequip and re-equip them two days ago.(Hamburger equip)
but he say still not.
so I tell him buy second equip (new hand arrow)
but still not pass Achievements nor get card.


but I will tell him to try later,but maybe still can't...
