Level Up Prizes From Previous Levels Now Avalible

I'm level 90 something...I log into the game and the system as I'm entering the arena is offering me card prizes from Level 20 and all intervals in between. At this point I'm trying to see when it lets up. I just thought you'd like to know the game seems to be barfing up cards like they're going out of style ATM. I won't Recycle them as to not mess with the logs or to taint the results. UNLESS this happens to be some weird feature I knew nothing about put in place for some reason.
