Relative newbie here, having trouble with a gran purchase. This is not my forum account as I am not receiving a forum account email verification for the one I registered. My Alteil account name is "Teabottom".
Peralisc2 was kind enough to provide me credentials to post with his forum account to seek help.
Submitted support/bug report ticket #433 and did successfully create bug report/support account at 8AM this morning.
Paid 30$ through paypal at approx. midnight last night, paypal Transaction ID: 6HP33070EU4230549 listed the money as successfully transferred, but have not received 3600 gran.
