beginner achievement reappearing

I just recieved the second post of the achievements (Welcome to Alteil 2 of 11 Has Been Achieved!).

I have finished this achievement long time ago. Please take a look on my accunt cause if this appears repeatedly, also maybe to other ppl, it can be misused to get the starter 300gran again.
