leve up pop up untranslated

Since we're in the beta I'm not sure if we're supposed to point out things that are still untranslated or not, we were always told just to ignore them in alpha but beta's the last stage before launch so I figure if we're going to point them out now is the time.

So yeah, when you level up a little window pops up thats entirely in japanese kanji.

Another thing I noted, when I tried to view card descriptions it would not let me.

Yes, we know that the level-up pop up message is untranslated right now, but that's because we (GaoGaiGirl, Logress, Lupos and me) are still trying to come up with the messages!

Originally, Japanese GMs came up with the messages, and each of them is very unique and funny, so we decided to make them by ourselves for the U.S. Iczers. In short, yes, the messages will be in English.
