Crest Arena Rankings

I'm going to preface this by saying that this is more of a question than a bug.

I've been playing in Crest Arena for a while, and one thing I noticed is that my rank hasn't been changing at all while I have been playing there. I have remained rather consistent with my win-loss record so that could possibly explain no rank change, but I thought it would move a little.

So now my question, is Crest Arena meant to affect rankings and if so have other players found their rankings changing while playing there?
