Hi there,

I'd have sent this via the contact links but they don't seem to be working.

So i tried to get gram for cash via the credit card thing, but it said it failed T_T I went back, checked things, and tried again T_T again it said it failed, I then turned off noscripts I tried again and it failed T_T I then turned off peer guardian and it failed T_T (note my buddy had just done one that worked) anyway at this point I thought "Darn, my card mustn't like the site."

So I took out the old credit card - tried that, still no ball.

So I think "hmmm I'll just check my balances" and i go and check my bank balances, and they say that money has been deducted T_T of course I wont have a complete statement till tommorow or maybe Saturday - but any chance people can look into it, as obviously your middle men are managing to deduct the money even if the transaction isn't completing (and I'd expect if the transaction doesn't complete then the money will just go back into my bank accounts.)

Anyway - great day lol.

I just checked the logs, your exchanges were all declined and nothing was deducted on our end. Those charges you see are probably just temporary holds.
I checked you transaction attempts, I'll PM you with a fix.
