In other words it would be a good idea if they said "satonoko is training to have a better grasp of the english language" and then used that as an excuse to do less.
For all i care they could as well do the announcements in japanese, maybe people finally calm down.

I too believe that focusing on grammar and spelling is much more important task than creating game balance and writing scripts that automate UD list and card of the (half)week. /sarcasm

The haiku ones, oh guys xD
It does effect the company image if they use broken grammars and lulzspellings, and those are just easy to fix. My firefox redlines every spelling mistakes.
