This opening post seems pretty uninformed, and as a result appears to be a bit comical due to severe ignorance. There are a number of valid concerns there, but for example onegin seems to think the +2/-1 gran rule is still in effect-when it in fact is currently +2/0 gran.

The thing that is significantly more uninformed and severely ignorant is that +2/0 gran is still not positively reinforcing for the losing player. The fact that prior it was actually punishing to the losing player completely blows my mind.

You can stop the exploit by requiring 10 turns like they always do.

Maybe put in some tanky refessou units, SP regen and your bot lasts at least 10 turns.
