Rewards for collectors who have all cards. But THEY SHOULD BE on the card list.

Reward for having 3 copies of each card in a specific set (seasonals don't count, I think - I asked this question so many times but Luggerz give me no answer :/). There's art and skills over on some thread in Crest Courtyard...
