Bringer was nerfed after I filed a complaint of OPness. I mentioned that Bringer could OHKO Fomuna on open. That's why they nerfed it.

OPilate is the LV4 60HP, ranking down one. Though I'm sure the new one requires the Song for a Hero combo for 3x80atk goodness
