It would have been a very fun combo with the original primrose. The one without major backdraws. Basically the combo got nerfed before it could even surface.
Neither of these are the worst cards in the game although they were mentioned:

At least it does a little something. It's not worth it, but it can do something useful once in a while.

Sure it's garbage, but at least it has a minor (mostly useless) effect.
Not the worst! Because it can still at the very least get you a draw in a very few situations and is worth splashing for those few situations if you want to poke jokes at your opponents who aren't prepared.
Awful pick. There are plenty other refess cards that are worse than that guy and you could have mentioned ...
