Level Up Problems

I have not received my last 4 level up prize cards. Everytime i play a 10+ turn game and press the exit the arena button, it goes right back to the normal room screen. Does anyone else have this same problem. Sometimes it does take a few days before I get to the level up screen but this just gettin out of hand. Update: just leveled up and still skipping pass the level up screen. I'm just ready to quit job. Been playing this game for a few yrs. and never had problems. I really don't care if I posted in wrong forum but I got better things to do.

So at your level you'll be receiving a level up card every 10 levels (50, 60, 70, etc...) indefinitely. The rarities of all the cards should be 4-5 until a certain point where they all just become 5 stars. I forget what level is that threshold.

So what you are saying, I don't get a card every level just every 10 levels since I'm over level 40. I didn't know that info. Thanks for clearing that up.

Edit: oh and the rule needs to be updated from Every 10 levels between level 100 and 200: Your choice of one of four random rarity 5 cards. to

lvl 100 to infinity and beyond for every ten levels you gain, Your choice of one of four random rarity 5 cards.
