Field wipe theory? on 2nd thoughts some batora units are immune to open skills including girms?

wait till opponent full field

water dragon, timestop, reforestation, timestop, flying,

fueled by opponents sp

not sure how to win though.

or

durandal ss , timestop, reforestation.

vatora seems almost unbeatable though

or

over committed field- game over forced to lose a lot of units and lp.

I'm really only a winner not because I beat batora but because I made use of Torife ss. Also Rivera is the real emperor/king.

I'll post what the last SS does if you guys want.

If you want to use the file, have 2 slyphs or undines, the first time I lost because of this (the first unit that came out after the initial field wipe was the clown and I didn't have time to get 6 agi). I recomand you play it safe by using Miracle fruit or Primrose right after Catherina, so on turn 8, now the clown cant engage her with his start skill. Also always keep Elgandi levels above 4 and get him to 800+ atk faster, 666 hp is no joke.
With double Fighter pixy + Ortos + Chaos absortion you have plenty of time to iczer attack after his file and cemetery are empty.

Edit: Much more simple solution to the early clown: return him (lvl3 return, sp are less important than a grim like song for a hero) or even Merciless Death, you only need to do this once, because next time he comes Elgandi should have 6 agi.

Edit 2: Do not use Merciless Death, it may speed up the false forms. Only send units to the cemetery (even from the file) after Elgandi is fully powered up !!!
I'll try to fight him again.

Booty doll ss and deck destruction strategy:
Get out a huge field as big as possible. keep guys alive. this is just to counter clown's start engage. Clown will disable 2 of your units at any time and you want those 2 units to not be your key units. if your key units are hit too many times, you'll run out of turns and draw.
To get units out, it's important to know the blind spots of caliburn.
Get out your key deck destruction units. You can get them out before your bait units.
Don't kill or remove too much. You don't want batora to progress to the true and false forms. If false clown gets out, you're pretty screwed. Also don't want to trigger batora's 3rd soul skill.
Gain sp with peace negotiations and wisp ss.
Trigger booty doll ss. Gain AOE holy shield.
Play any missing key units and holy shield them.
Cem all cards, remove from play all cards, kill 4 units, iczer for the win.

needed cards:
peace negotiations x2 (I guess you can use more wisp ss if you don't have it but highly recommended)
wisp (ss)
exo doll (ss)

replacable cards:
some ceming dude. i think scarrion is better than rivera and is faster than other alternatives. could also use gaia, fighter pixy, etc. Needless to say, if you're using the single card destruction dudes, you need multiples on the field.
some remove from game dude. i used ber because i wanted the attack buffs. could also use tree of hate, puppy retear, langbart, orthos, etc.

recommended:
dmg grim to remove in case 666 hp tank comes out
holy shield to get any missing important units. timing can't always be perfect.

Okay, Just beat it myself with brute force basically. 300+ ATK ftw.
