Losing Experience?

So, I was at 98/100, then I lost a game, and now I'm at 93/100. Is this normal?

I don't think exp will ever be reduced. You got 1 exp for losing a match.

Hmm, this is not normal.
And like reyden said, you're supposed to earn 1 exp even when you lose.
We will look into this on Monday, but is it still happening?

I haven't really been paying attention since then, I only noticed because I knew I was so close to leveling. I'll try to keep an eye out for it, though.
