The most important thing is to start:

Buncle Weiss Verlaat OR - If you're playing verse Falkow play another buncle on turn 3!!!! If you play Verlaat turn 3 you might as well give up in those match-ups.

Also, make sure to actually USE the extra SP that you get from weiss. Specifically, spam level 3 units. If you just play units at the same rate as your opponent, then there is no point in playing weiss. She allows you to pump out 3's faster than the opposition, so that's what you should do.

Those are kinda old, and I was kinda new to the file. I don't have any recent ones.

EM is really pretty strong. Also, it is totally acceptable to use verlaat/weiss as a kick start to any refess lvl 3 rush. In the old days it used to be popular to use EM units to open for shrine knights.
