So, it worked rather nicely, but I am sure there are areas for improvement. I want a 3rd Astaforse in there, and I need a wrath of the sea lord. Dire Straits also looks like a good fit. At any rate, comment on the play order and SS.

So as for your SS lineup:
Lawt + 3 | New Bernet | Old Bernet | Skel Warrior | Skel Warrior?

I'd say you need more LP considering Noze. Right now you have 8, I'd say bump it up to about 9 or 10. Not sure if you're trying to use Skel Warrior with Noze, but keep in mind that revive triggers will not work with Noze's close skill -- you'd need to use heal SS's instead.

Some really good SS to use with Noze (if you have them):
EX Beneficient Princess https://alteil-login.gamepotusa.com/cardDB/detail.php?id=910 -- Full heal on your side, returns a character from your graveyard to file.
Colette https://alteil-login.gamepotusa.com/cardDB/detail.php?id=822 -- All characters revive or heal, but a bit risky since it can work for your opponent also.
Soldier of Gaia https://alteil-login.gamepotusa.com/cardDB/detail.php?id=447 -- All units heal 20 HP, cool if you

Anyway, the SP denial plan worked really well with Urgrant in your match. More return, more death is always good, just stay away from Bitter Destiny (https://alteil-login.gamepotusa.com/cardDB/detail.php?id=858) due to it's grim lock. Instead, look into Heartbreak(https://alteil-login.gamepotusa.com/cardDB/detail.php?id=605) for a similar card. Also the cards you suggested (Astaforse, Dire Straits) are good, just throwing out some ideas to work in if you have the cards.

I am not much experienced with urgant, but I wonder if you open the way like you did if it can go good.

you are pretty low on sp early as urgant drains you constantly. if your opponent is just a tiny bit more agressive this can cost you the early game, make you miss the first buff ss for noze and loose the game. Especially if you consider that your opponent here made absolutly no effort to work in his soul skills and was constantly reviving a lot, I wonder what would have happened if he would have made more use of his SS and maybe also of his grims.
so coming out a bit later with urgant and having a bit more sp for returns and maybe a 2 lp ss as second is something I would have proposed, but like again just as someone who is not experienced that much with this and knows urgant and noze more from fighting and watching.

I liked how you showed that urgant and noze together can reasonably feed that removal skill.

The file does struggle against early iczer attacking foes (and of course files with no lv3 units), although i have 1 cyclone in the file right now. Sadly I do not have heartbreak as it is a card I have wanted for a while. And I did not give him too much of a chance for SS activation, although he could have given away dilate. Right now I prefer buncle open vs cath because of the old bernet SS, which is why I didn't play owl sage early on.
And the last SS is Lap > 50 dmg.

I discovered skeleton warrior not working with noze in one of my games, so i'm switching it with anttila. I also have a consuming grudge on hand.

Back to the new bernet dilemma: it does kind of suck if they iczer into it early, but at the same time i still get to throw 40 damage around, and noze is already pretty tanky. I may switch it out for something, who knows. Is there a crest igniter type SS for falkow/lawtia?

P.S. Only using 2 Nozes, have 2 Proto nozes on standby in the workshop.

Semi-related side note: I'm thinking about using ProtoNoze with teleportation soldier.
