Question about guilds

Well I have been an active player for quite a long time, good RP (around 1700 right now, 1723 max) and well I have no idea what the benefit of guilds are, just wondering if I could get some insight about the benefits to joining a guild and if any are currently recruiting. Thank you in advance.

there isnt much advatage of joining guilds atm aparts from the guild forums were u can discuss files with guild mates and afew guilds are recuting atm just look at the topics on this forum section
