I'd say 1 SP and another side effect is enough. 2 SP is a little too much.

Erhaps give her the mermaid spear treatment? Engage all friendly merc nat then wipe. Plus with speedy as dual gunner she shouldn't have problems wiping most files...

Russel should be agi 1 so he can always stop emana agi debuff. In addition, stop giving us crap (russell, rasfel) with 3-40 hp. Make them 45 or 50. You expect us to play a "tech unit" that can be both sniped by 40 dmg ss and returns?

That's why he is a tech unit. Tech units is snipe-able.

To be honest, Rasfel is a very specific tech unit that asks for a dedicated file. Being able to trust a little more on him would be nice...

I mean you got a not free reviver with mediocre agi and attack and less than average hp for a front line unit.

Rasfel basically means you can't use SP costing Skills. There are alot of strategies it counters, and alot of strategies that can flourish with him.
To me Rasfel+Toromea is one of the more interesting combo's. Rasfel collects Toromea's +2SP startskill. Suddenly you're getting 4SP a turn. :)

Problem with Rasfel is that you can't iczer attack unless you use Heierrat spy. AND he gets wrecked by so many SSs. So he's definitely not great, even if he may, say, counter EN and to an extent Dio control (return owns him though).

Also, other things that need buffing: just about every single merc nation unit. It's a slow tribe that depends on front line defense capped at 20 with no healing and when one of those buncles does DF=0 to all in range and SK0 has secret of zero that punishes DF and Falkow can just return you into the abyss, coupled with dependency of rankup for its level 1s, it's just an overall pointless tribe to play.

Monsters is even worse. Slow with no defense, and your opponent basically has to let you do damage. Granted, it's a lot of damage if you can get set up, but nobody in the right mind will let you set up.
