Freedom Week

FREEDOM WEEK

During this promotion, wins give 2 gran as normal. But losses give 0 gran instead of -1 gran!

The Many Benefits

  • It favors all humans, but especially newer players
  • The cost is very minor
  • Because of well-known psychological reasons, people will play like mad!
  • Could be a default promotion whenever something better isn't around! (e.g. 5 of 7, Treasure in a Ruins)

The Few Disadvantages

Any praise, agreement, or suggestions for improvement?

The cost is not extremely great, but the psychological effect would be beneficial overall.

Though I support, I can't help but feel that people will still grind the hell out of this gran @.@

<sarcasm>But it can be abused! Think about all those bot users! Think about abuse potential! They could make alt accounts, spam Folrart, surrender to everyone and boost gran on their mains! I'll throw abuse few more more times for emphasis. Abuse, think about it. Too much potential for abuse.</sarcasm> Sounds familiar?

You're all kidding, right? When I proposed 1 gran for every game (in Casual Arena topic; as global change) you were all "oh no, it can be abused, QQ, I have no idea how games works so I'll QQ about bots". How is that any different? With 50% win rate it's exactly 1 gran for game; since Ruuca/Dilate noobs have higher win % it benefits them more than it does free players. For that reason alone: no.

+1 to that I don't know how new players would find themselves among grinders.

Meh... Grinders.
They will still grind to death even without this non-minus gran things.
It doesn't matter.
