Every week I like to look forward to Weekly Gran, Rankings, and the Card of the Week. Let's add something else to look forward to! As the title suggests, this

Weekly Subtype/Faction Rarity Up

- applies to normal lotto
- should happen weekly and last throughout the week

Basically, every week someone (?) chooses a subtype/faction. For that week, the probability of getting cards of the chosen subtype/faction is increased by a significant percentage.

Scenario:

"Dang, I could use 1 more Bringer, but the lotto is too random. Oh wait, this week's theme is 'Adventurers.' I should totally give it a shot!"
*pulls Dual Axe Wielder*
"..."

**I totally stole Haqua's idea.

***We do not want to apply this to the playset lotto because we would end up with multiple sets of low-rarity cards of the same subtype/faction. Wait a second...

Perhaps the theme should be random "like card of the week."
