I've requested it before and here it goes again. Give everyone a few free save slots. If you really feel compelled to restrict something that promotes the health game, let people pay for additional slots.
EDIT: Also need to fix the auto log out bug so battles can actually be saved in the first place.

I suggest removing the prem feature all together, but thats just me
