If that were true half the cards in the game would be nerfed.

Time to stop relying on the one card mentality, Dilate and Phoenix both can take on a lot of units one on one. If you need a solution with big red, use bringer (every big red has that).
Have something that can deal 90dmg on the field, use bringer's open.
Or Have Bringer on the field, use a firearrow, fireball breath, or frick'n anything that deals 30 dmg, I'm sure big red can manage that somehow.
