For all spheres.

Gowen:

Light Heierrat Fighter:
Rankup: Gowen 6+:
HP+10, atk+10, agi+1

Action skill:
Deal damage atk+10 to target unit not in range. This unit gets at=0 until the end of next turn. And then, move this unit to target open space. 0 SP.

Delrare:
Open skill: On your feet--target friendly mercenary nation unit is revived, gets max HP+10, HP+10, atk+10, and rank-up.
Start skill: The general's cunning--subtract AT-10 of target friendly mercenary nation unit besides this one from the HP of target enemy unit of agi 4 or higher.

EX Fierte:
auto skill: this unit and units to the left and right heal 15 HP.

Heierrat army:
Lvl =2, HP=30.
Open skill: conditional SP=0, you get 1 SP next turn.

EX Fierte:
Counter skill: gains focus for this turn.
Action skill: conditional focused disengage target friendly merc nation unit.
(In other words, worse Inzaghi)

Magic weapon:
Target Gowen unit gets atk+20, agi+2, and lvl +2. You get SP+1.

Song for a hero:
Condition no allied units->you control less units.
Max HP+50/HP +50->HP +30, DF+10

Beast Emp Rivera:
HP 70->60. Level=5
Counter->start.
Action->counter.
Sword of orthos: subtract->subtract max HP
New action: beast slash--1 SP, subtract AT from row of enemy units in range, subtract 30 from HP (yes, counter will heal it unless she's below 30 HP, then she's dead).

Earth Dragon:
Auto: do dmg->subtract

Fire dragon: auto->start
auto skill: vulcanbreath--subtract AT from all enemy units in range

Samurai Lady
Auto->start. Deal dmg->subtract

Primrose (non EX)
Open: all units get lvl +3

EX Primrose
Open: condition gowen 6+: all units get lvl-2. 1 SP.

Falkow:
Rasam:
Open skill: grand freezing--engage all non-archmage units for this turn and the next turn. 1 SP.
Greater freezing: random->targeted. 1 SP.
Ice storm: subtract 50 from max.

Teleport
Change to: conditional: Falkow 3+: move target unit to target position and then engage it. You get SP+1

Flanking attack
Change to: swap enemy units in spots 1-2-3 and 7-8-9. Engage all units moved this way.

Frozen lance:
Level 1.

Eldritch hands:
Either: 2 SP or grimcount x10

Mirelia:
DF+10

Elite Fencer:
DF+5 (stop spamming gafc and use that sergis plz kthx)

Catherina:
Open changed to: conditional SP=0, you get SP+1 next turn (Lawtia already trashes Falkow hard enough, thanks).

Mage Knight of Regus:
Atk 20->Atk 30
Grimbane: do atk-10, SP=0.

Flying/invisibility edge:
Conditional unit lvl <= 5: remain on after revive

Lawtia
Crest Paladin
Atk 0->atk 10
Slash->double strike: deal atk to a random enemy unit in range. This skill is repeated twice.

Crest Gale Fencer:
SP=0 revive

Pure terror:
lvl=2

Sacrifice:
lvl=3

Corruption
Lvl =1. Only works conditional Lawtia >=3


Refess:
EXLap:
auto: atk+10 -> atk+5, HP+15


MultiSphere:

Balmoa
Auto->start
Action: atk+10, and return elemental burst from RFG to file. Get SP+2

Reborn Astaforse
Auto: perm at+Lawt x5, heal gowen x5, and then get additional atk+Lawtia x5 for this turn. (AKA total is Atk+Lawt x 10, 5 of which is permanent)
Awakened buster: 2 SP, no conditions attached, then gets max HP + 50% and is fully healed.
Double sword strike: 0 SP

Esria/Astaforse:
Open: random->targeted. 50 to enemy->60 to enemy

EX Esria
0 SP revive

Awakened Esria:
Awakened swords: decreases Lawtia by 1. 0 SP.

Thank God you are not a tester. While I do admit some (a few) were good. The majority were horrible trash and you should be pushed off a skyscrapper by Call for even thinking of them.

Some of your suggestions, for merc nation or awakened esria or such are really good. I bolded everything that is too op and underlined any changes that I think would make them fair.
CATH ELITE FENCER MIRELIA ARE NOT UNDERUSED. Go back to your garbage hold.

Icy, the open on heierrat army was deliberate, so that it'd be like a Gowen buncle, but better (because it's merc nation). AKA with the way it is, tidal would just wreck it. Maybe if I appended "the first time this ability is used"? Maybe it only activates if you have a certain amount of subtype merc nation cards in the file?

As for Mirelia not underused, I haven't seen her in for-freaking-ever.

EXPrim: the point is for her to hit level 4s with primclone. AKA the lvl -2 EXPrim, except a 1 SP cost attached to her open.

Oh, and on Crest Paladin's double strike, it shoulda been SP=1 instead of 2.

I agree with the bolded. EX prim shouldn't hit level 4s. If you want to hit level 4s with cyclone, use vondore ss or ebreenu open. Yeah that makes more sense... 2 sp for double strike.
