Well if Refess is supposed to be the high SP sphere, why not just use the level 1 miff? If your opponent's file is designed for low SP and your file is designed for high SP, they won't be able to make effective use of the additional SP. You *will*. You don't even need the KP. Also, feel free to use the energizer bunny. Also, Refess has wisp support for KP, thereby making salamanders that much worse.

Generally, Falkow's owl sage doesn't even *get* to generate SP half the time because either he gets picked off by an SS, sala sniped, wrecked by some open skill, the list goes on.
