that it it sucks ... everyone said that when they play alteil over 5 or more times so i suggest them everyday free point card this will reduce the negative thoughts by a bit

They have those weekly events which "kind of" do that.
Alteil is pretty much well balanced. Sometimes you loose and sometimes the enemy wins.

I actually really do like the weekly events, and they do give (or at least most of them give) minimally participation point cards. Try some of the events, and tourneys and you may see your card pool increase faster.
Let those play that wish to play, but be imformative along the way.
