Mixed Booster packs

Is it possible to have a mixed pack of cards... this is better than simple lottery because i typically get better cards from packs and i want a mix of cards not just one set

They could bring back 30gran lotto and increase the rarity rates for 2*'s and 3*'s, that'd kinda be like a mixed booster pack.
