Easy, go to the training room.
There, you can know your match up every single time.

Your brining up something that has been talked about endlessly, it has been brought up many times even by the Ateil Staff.
There solution was to eventually have an RP based room, but unfortunately due to the current numbers of the player base, it is not yet feasible to do so.

Emphasis on what Xo said. We tried before to have more Arenas as stepping stones. Those we empty lots of the time, so were taken out. I think Japan has RP rooms, but it all comes down to population of players. At this point, it is better just to have everyone in one big room, than to have hardly anyone in several small ones.

Go to Folrart just to get your Weekly or leave it when you see too many big guns you don't want to deal with. You want to play for fun, hit up chat room and go to training. There are many players who play the top tier decks in Folrart that would prefer to play their fun decks in training.

It is from the Anime: Hell Girl, US name, released by Funimation, or Jigoku Shoujo by it's Japanese name.
Unfortunately only the first season was released so far here in the US.
Hopefully one day they will release the second at least, don't really care about the third.
