Pt card redemption values equal to recycle cost

Thanks to luckysvn777 for this idea:

In addition to cheaper point cards, I believe we need a new redemption scale. His suggestion was to have it equivalent to the cards' recycle rates.

*: 1 pt card
**: 2
***: 6
****: 30
*****: 60

i'm not sure i understand how a 2* card recycles for 2...of...anything?
if the point cards were equivalent to the gran gained through recycle wouldn't it be more like
* - 5pts
** - 10pts
*** - 30pts
**** - 150 pts or something...i really don't know...but it's high.

i'm obviously missing something by the cards' recycle rates since everyone else seems to know how those values came about.

Divide the recycle value of a rarity by 5.

1* = 5 gran / 5 = 1 pc
2* = 10 gran / 5 = 2 pc

etc
