How about/ every single spin of the lotto give you a screen like the level up "select a card" screen and let you pick a card of a color (probably of equal rarity)? This way, you avoid auto-recycles, and can assemble playsets faster, without affecting rarities?

Sounds like a good idea, but of course it's a huge change and I don't think it will ever be implemented. Not without a lot of data to back it up anyhow.
