Looks like the ruling sub-forum is quite abandoned But no matter, I'll ask anyway. In how order does the start skill resolved? I am pretty sure it is not randomly because when I have Mage Knight of Regus and EX: Wizard Archer of Regus on the field, Wiz Archer always resolves first then Mage Knight...

That makes sense. Then, if there are two or more units who has start skill and same AGI, is it safe to assume it will resolve randomly?
