i love this series (and the original movies) the in-depth storyline and underlying philosophy mind blowing, when I first watched the movie I couldn't think straight for a month, just wanted to know what other people thought about this anime/manga series

It's a classic anime. This and Akira are two of the first anime's I ever watched. Actually they were 3 and 4......Ninja Scroll and A Wind Named Amensia were my first two. But they will always be a classic.
