Extreme strengths in exchange for extreme weaknesses... If somebody is going to dump their entire file into the cemetery then they shouldn't complain when the Forest of Hate eats it up.

What I'm saying is that it shouldn't be considered a problem. It has good matches and it has bad matches, all it's doing is polarizing its match ups greatly. There's very few "close" matches, and specific cards and types of abilities can make or break the files success. It only looks like a problem because the flavour of the month Sea Behemoths isn't very good against it.

If you're facing a Hellspawn or Death Dragon with 155 defense, I think you have a problem.

I'm sure you realize that you're being field wiped every/every other turn. Anyway, simply naming off possible counters to stuff doesn't magically create balance. Actually, that there are so many file types that have bad matchups or require very specialized cards to stand a viable chance may accentuate imbalances more prominently.

This is compounded by how some specialized cards or effects are exclusive to specific spheres and also by how you might have better chances of being struck by lightning or winning a real lottery than attempting the lottery of Alteil. Of course, since there is no transparancy on Alteil's probabilities, we can't compare by using Logress' precious statistics.
