I watched bits of it here and there but I'm doing my best not watching it until I have enough, I don't think I can stand waiting a week for the next segment

Watch it and completely satisfied so far. 
And yeah, just like Shirozaki said.
Fate/Zero probably not a good entry point due to the massive amount of spoiler if you never knew/saw/read the original Fate series.

Ugh, I can't stop re-watching episode 5! It's SOOOOOOO GOOD, best episode of the series so far!
