What is the actual parameters that determines firedragon/icedragon on Ruuca?

i used fire dragon summons, the next turn corruption hits Ruuca and the start skill firedragon didn't seem to activate.

We all know that agi/rng, and attack still makes it fire off. Looks like the only thing might be MaxHP

Weird. When I tried that, it worked perfectly. Was she out of range? Corruption makes her rng 2.
EDIT: BTW isn't this supposed to be in Fellana's Lab?

Isn't it a status change, much like "Focus", "Burn", "Call out", "Sing", "Mark" or "Death's touch"?
At least it'd make more sense to me that way.

There is no card that can stop Rucca from using her start skill the turn after she uses her action, except cards that can engage her.

Sunbeam Cage, is technically a way to "evade" Ruuca, but her skill still fires off.

If you shear winds or petrification or soul bind or storm wizardess her, skill still goes off the next turn, so it doesn't last a turn like blade wyvern.

It's a 'status' that lasts until the Start is triggered.
