Well then, there's Plan 9 from Outer Space, Robot Monster, and Mesa of the Lost Women (my personal pick for worst of those due to that godawful unholy cacophony it tried to pass off as music) which are just classics. The Blair Witch Project is also pretty bad. Of course those are all movies which are so terrible they're just funny, good picks if you ever have a "bad movie night" or something of the kind.
Best bad movie parody would go to The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra. It's hilarious for anyone who's seen those old b-movies.
