Much like british cuisine I'm not much a fan of british/english pret-a-porter, save for my man's Thomas Pink shirts. Maybe I should leave the isles for good.

I was eating Thai curry the other day.It took me an age to be happy with my own Indian curries. Now I can understand and love noodles, coconut, chillies, fish sauce. well to make short the list,Why, oh, why add so much sugar?

Once I myself after college made mistake of considering myself an artist.in food that is.(I am an artist ,just not many like what I produce in visual form)I soon made the change to artisan! Now cook.
