Take your complaints to the current copyright overlords in power. I think they will at least make sure your balls is chopped off and let you live at the minimum and maybe 500 hundred million in usd for pirating their video illegally.

And, youtube is a terrible service, google gets their butt sodomized by dmca abusers on regular basis you need to look for other video hosts.

But there has been a dramatic rise in Content ID abuse in the past couple of years, wielded in ways never intended. Scammers are using Content ID to steal ad revenue from YouTube video creators en masse, with some companies claiming content they don’t own deliberately or not. The inability to understand context and parody regularly leads to “fair use” videos getting blocked, muted or monetized.

Its been abused since day 1.

Considering that all of these copyright holders seem to think that Google and others can just magically "know" when there's infringing content around, it's pretty telling that even they don't seem to know how to tell if content exists, let alone if it's infringing.

There's even a moment where prez obama's speech got its **** dmca'd and i frankly don't give a **** because they've been kissing their **** for too long of a time.

You're welcome and in case you didn't know, google doesn't check any dmca takedowns whatsoever they just ignore it and obey the dmcas via automatic program only time they put any videos back up is when a big enough company makes enough noise towards google.

I've seen both, but i like i own everything because it's funnier and is well within the lines of bs dmca takedowns sent by companies that don't own anything in the video either and troll dmca abusers aka the people that don't even own a company is just filing dmca just to get a video they hate down just cuz they dun like it.
