Can't connect facebook

When I click the "register with facebook" button it takes me to this login screen for first time users, and since I'm not a first time user, I'm not sure what to do.

If you want to add Facebook to an existing account, go to Manage Account. From then on you can use the log in with facebook button.

Yeah and when I do that and I click the button it sends me to some screen for first time users.

I think part of the problem is cause in my confusion I accidentally made an alteil account called Carl_Robert that might be linked to my facebook but it's preventing me from log into fb through my main account.
