You could say this about most cards in the game as well. There are lots of cards that people claim suck, but really they're just using them sub-optimally.

Her action is 2 SP, probably sort of costly when you want to rush and have to revive since assassins have low HP, but it's strong nonetheless! I believe she greatly helped at winning the duel i watched.

But i guess other times she is just a hindrance.
