I understand that Talisman Mystic makes Fellana look pretty stupid, but on the other hand, Sumer and Fellana make both of them look even stupider.

It's kind of like the relationship between Turn to Dust and Chaos Absorbption. Aside from the powercreep, 2 SP to knock out two cards sometimes feels like a double fire arrow, but really... wait what was I going to say again?

If it's a rush file, spending 1SP from Mystic in early turns will cost you games by slowing the development of your file drastically. Fellana still has her place.
