Stalling after loosing the Game

Maybe there's something you could do against players that just let the timer run out after they lost. It's ridiculous to even face that kind of opponents during events like the one for set 11.

perhaps until the game is actually improved through change or perhaps forever since there are so damn many other games and better things to do @_@

Sometimes, they have horrid lag and end up disconnecting. It's easiest to see if they are in chat, as the chat shows the disconnection before the game registers the end of match. It's annoying, but it's not like people can tell their internet to always be perfect.

And maybe we could have a button you can push to force a draw if your opponent activates a return effect or sp drain. These are all good ideas, but I don't see any of them ever being implemented. Honestly, you should be glad the timer doesn't reset fully to 5 minutes after every move. There'd be matches lasting all day til the server resets.

They're called asswipes.

A guy did it to me once, i've somewhat forgiven him for it because it has been long since he last did it, timer could let a staller if he's mean enough to stall up to two hours or more. It gets silly.

Reason? They stall hoping you would disconnect so they will win instead of getting a draw or loss.

Either that or they just want to purposefully waste as much of your time as possible.

Ya, which is still part of the problem.

I generally give people benefit of the doubt that they are lagging.

It could be just, you know, you've put them in a tough spot so they actually have to take some time to think.

Though I remember when stalling used to be the most popular way to protest against GMB files. I think worthing took some games up to 90 minutes like that.
