Hello iczers. My name is worthing and I have been playing eternal night a lot lately and thought I would share my file and play style with them. Eternal night is a file with units that have the close skills to not die during night and fully heal themselves for the cost of 1sp if they die. This strong close skill on many of your units can win you games by keeping a field of small but hard hitting units with unique and strong abilities. I have currently won 21 games in a row with the file and have finally made a final draft of my file I am satisfied with. Generally you will want to open up with dagon and eskatia to grim bane and try to keep in night time early game. If I see I am against falkow I will open up with taurus on turn 2 and then augmented sorcerer. If you do open up with dagon and eskatia you have many options from here. I play eskatia in row 1 generally since a lot of files have ss and open skills and action skills that can killer her so I like to put her 20 attack to good use. If you think you are safe to stall behind lycans and don't need her 20 attack you can play her in the back.
You can play fenrir to clear small units every turn and play succubus to ensure you get to do it. You can play nue to hate on multi sphere files and to do max hp damage (true damage is what I like to call it).
Taurus can be played turn 3 also to make your front line tanky and if you feel that eskatia won't be living a lot early game from action skills and soul skills that your opponent may have.
Augmented sorcerer should be saved when you want to lower units attacks so you can stall for a turn if you think eskatia will die or use succubus for the same reason but at the same time you feel it is necessary to kill your opponents units. Be aware that playing succubus when your opponents soul skills go off can be bad if they have something similar to the sergis ss and can kill your lycanthropes and make you lose sp at the same time.
Cemetery rats should only be played if you need the damage and are sure your units will be able to kill your opponents if you do use cemetery rats.
Riza should be one of the last units you play usually. He is a fall back plan if eskatia dies and you have the time to play him.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5alcWKlZZM

EN vs pixies- A great example of when to open up differently then dagon-> eskatia. I know pixy assassin and the likelyhood of damage soul skills will make her useless early and opt to go around her and play riza when I burn most of his soul skills and pixy assassin can't kill him because he has 40hp.https://alteil-login.apocoplay.com/audi ... 1c196cd2b9VI. First off I will be adding replays and I will continue to record all the matches I play with this file. If I feel that their is a better version to the file and I start playing it I will add it to the guide. I will be adding a section with all the units main functions and links to the cards so people can read what they do if they are unaware. I will also be adding more strategy to the file the more I play it.
