Is the Point Card system getting reworked anytime soon?

Just would like to know. I have about 200+ point cards banked up. I'd like to use them but I don't want to end up wasting them if the system becomes cheaper later on.

2*: 1 for 1 PC
3*: 3 PCs
4*: 15 PCs
5*: 30 PCs
