Yep, I confirmed it on two alts that I was playing to keep set 11 on. You can even skip it if you want, and it'll just keep offering starter switchers lol

Thing is, you need to use a starter switcher to get all four starters. On the other hand, I thought they would be accompanied by mail like achievement rewards.

Everyone got an extra starter switcher when the new starters were released.

LOL !! WTH?

Just give all 4 starters at level 1 so people don't make 4 new accounts when they join ...

I and many others made 4 accounts to try all starters when they joined because cards are so hard to come by. (well it was even harder when i joined ...)

I suggested that ages ago pera.

I have no idea why they wait until level 10. I suspect this will still leave them with inaccurate data on newbies.

The thing is they actually DO give newbies all 4 starters now. They also give newbies a starter switcher as well right at lvl 1. I'm guessing this lvl up is a relic, but even when they didn't give newbies all the starters, forcibly giving them a starter switcher over a card is just bad XD

One possible explanation is maybe, just a maybe, they don't want the newbies to get overwhelmed by the large amount of cards. I do get overwhelmed when I first played Magic and its jaw-dropping amount of cards... though the point is kinda moot since it's only ~40 different kind of cards here.
