I believe the power creep was a direct result of complains that set 10 did not change the meta very much so set 11 made sure to.

The complaint was in set 9 that there wasn't any change, b/c they released a bunch of crap. Set 10 was craptacular but in a different way (emana dilate ruuca).

Her start skill is absurd. Why exactly should Falkow have its great spirits locked out and EN its succubi/rats? With pixies, you have to play a very weak pixy to get a lock, and only for 2 turns. With miffles, I've kept the first copy of her alive throughout entire games. This should not happen with SP generators. And as for added range and agility in exchange for lowered HP...
