Icy, quit trolling, please. Beltorat is far from good. Tried it. It's the same snowball mechanic as mid refess has except it's more offensive. Big deal.
And quickdragon, way to extrapolate my argument. Miff is the best SP generator in the game bar none. Those two abilities together are hideously good. Furthermore, SP advantage can often just outright win games, since all else being equal, you simply get more SP on the field than your opponent and can plow him under. There's a reason that up until this point, all straight SP generators were weaklings that died if you so much as sneezed on them, aside from Advent (who I think would get far more use if more people had copies of him).
To ask for Miff to adhere to the same rules as all other SP generators (some of which have already gotten nerfed--ahem owl sage) in terms of vitality (let alone the auto skill/no floating SP requirement nonsense) is more than fair, especially when you throw that obnoxious start skill on her (which as Peralisc pointed out, could go on one of a zillion different unused Refess units).
