What's the cheapest and quickest way to get it anyway? Why can't i pinpoint the one broken card that is constantly abused?

It's so awful when everyone exploits and abuses imbalances such as mage-soldiers and dilate and you can't reach it too!
And before i get my 1st or even 2nd OP dilate it might get nerfed, or this OP deck might get nerfed or powercreep will have it's say over it.
Why don't we have straightforward OP meta prebuilts? Even the grounds for everyone!
It's so awful when everyone exploits and abuses imbalances such as mage-soldiers and dilate and you can't reach it too!

I have two of onani master dilate, he's so overpowered its really boring to play him.

You know how it is here when you play cash warriors, er, I mean Alteil, you spend a ton of money to get imba cards that you can abuse for easy wins, then those cards get nerfed so you spend a ton of money on other imba cards.

peral only way to get him is either, lvl up card, point cards, luckly lotto, or just bribe a gm to add it for you. though i dont recommend the last option.
