We are not talking about nerfing talisman but your argument is way way off.

10 attack to another unit on close.
Gets drained by exorcist doll on opponent's side of the field.
Can't field him and exo doll on your field.
One talisman of disruption and your whole game is lost (you've lost a unit, probably don't want to revive him unless you're running POM 1st ss, and will have a lot of sp from him dying early game).
Weak to other undead hate cards.

Depends on how you choose to translate it. This also means her usage will remain very low and has no chance of rising, only decreasing as time passes. That is, unless another Miku event were to occur. Since I can't shake the possibility this may just be envy, I feel the complaints would subside at that point. For now, I can't think of any justification for nerfing any cards that are so thinspread beyond op meta-defining cards such as Return/Shade-level power and they all fall miles short of those.
